Description

Dry Flats is located in a PvP area northwest of Rest Stop. It provides only two entry points to its enclosure which adds a degree of risk when approaching its telescope.

Project 432 is located just southwest of the town center. The creature is guarded by several hostile White Crow Mutant Handlers.

It is suitable for players ranging from levels 5 to 15. If you are above this level, a Level 15 PvP Debuff will be placed upon you. If you are more than 15 levels above this level, an Extreme PvP Debuff is also placed upon you.
