Provides a huge increase to Pistol damage as well as small increases to Critical Chance and Resist Penetration. It also unlocks the Concentration and Incendiary Strike active effects for extra firepower.

• Increases your Resist Penetration with Pistols. Max of .9% when maxed for your level.
• Increases your Critical Chance with Pistols. Max of 2.2% when maxed for your level.
• Causes you to do between .5% damage (zero weapon skill) and 100% (match skill requirement) damage with any Pistol.
