Earthbound Virologist appears only during mission Beginning of Things Ending if you are level 40-49 and can drop the unique items Ape Goad, Monkeytown Aid Packages Manual, MOPP 7 Mask, Mad Gorilla Defense Cuirass, Biological Testing Kit and Primate Pheromones.
He can sometimes call for backup and spawn Crazed Lizard Dogs, Crazed Gorillas and Trash Bin Rats. This Boss can also spawn small group of landmines under your feet. Landmines can cause fire damage effect.
