Amador

Dennis Conroy, the local leader of the Union, appears to have been the mastermind behind the effort to kill the Underfolk with this disease. In the past, I have been reluctant to use violence to resolve disputes with the upworlders. In this case, however, I must make an exception. Conroy is headquartered in the Victory Theater. You may find him difficult to defeat. Use caution.

I'll make him pay for what he's done to the Underfolk.
