Bank Officer Kotero wants you to use the Bank Bag to collect containers of ink at the counterfeiting site.

Just one more thing to do. I've found out where those chuckleheads were manufacturing the chips, and it's not far from here. Take this bag, go out there and collect all of the bottles of ink they weer using.

You, ah, might have to kill a few of them to get the ink. That stuff is hard to come by, and I'm sure they'll be protective of it.
