Rukkus in the CHOTA camp at The Gallows wants you to kill Devil's Own Commandos to gain an advantage against the Techs.

The Enforcers cannot conquer The Gallows. They'll use their position to oppress and kill innocent people in the name of false justice.

The Enforcer warriors fight to claim the entrenched territory of the Devil's Own. They cannot take that land in their name. Slay the Devil's Own for us, and we shall have the upper hand.
