I am Jakabe of the Oathtakers. It's my duty to scraoe all the Enforcers out of the Dump. They got a lot of help from the Techs, so we're going to screw with the Techs till they can't do anything for the damn Enforcers anymore. Part of the Dump is infested with hermit crabs, and the Techs spend a lot of time looting that area to build their machines. Go in there, find whatever it is they're looting from, and destroy as much of it as you can.
