Jiera Riley in Terance wants you to collect Bank of the Grand Canyon Land Deeds from the hostile Gully Dogs inhabiting Jacob Phillips' old house in Terance.

I just overheard something that'll help us both -- you paying attention? Good. 'Cause one of those uptight little wierdos from the Bank of the Grand Canyon just came through here, and according to him, that Jacob Phillips guy here in Terance used to own most of the land deeds here in town. He gave them all to the Gully Dog bandits in exchange for doing his dirty work digging up those creatures. Get it? The bonds are up for grabs!

You can liberate a few land deeds from a few scummy Gully Dogs, can't you? What do you say?
