Description
I was about to offer you one of those new experimental ATVs that the Willoughby boys have been working on for us, but I've got better rats to fry. You took care of the White Crow leader and Taylor Bartnev, but it looks like his second-in-command, Nathan Kulagina, got away. I have a lead on his location, but I need someone to chase him down right away before he sets himself up as successor to a martyr. Oh, and he may know we're on to him, so watch out for an ambush.
