Old Kingman is located northwest of Oilville and is a large town filled with ruined buildings.

The town is divided with the Resistance and other factions fighting the raiders in the northern part of the city with the citizens of Kingman stuck in the middle. A man named Stavros Gaunt leads the Resistance in the fight against the raiders led by his own brother, Casta Gaunt.
