Occasionally, Riders have run into people in containment suits. These folks are always carrying high-tech gear, driving vehicles, and asking a lot of questions. They’re most commonly found around large towns and abandoned high-tech facilities. They never talk about who they are or where they’re from; instead they just ask questions about life in the Province. They tend to shoot first and poke the corpses for answers later.[1]
Before the release of patch [1.1.0], one was able to obtain an Outsider suit.
