• Alec Masters assumes control of the Hoover Dam Garrison after his father, General William Masters is assassinated by mutant assassins sent by the CHOTA.

2127

• Alec Masters converts the Garrison to a Despotism.

2132

• Alec Masters attacks the Monastery, home of the Lightbearers, capturing their leader, Shakti and scattering the order.

2150

• Alec Masters is killed by the CHOTA after they storm the Garrison with the help of the Vistas and Travelers, triggering a revolt by the residents. The Garrison is destroyed and the dam abandoned.
