Stamina is the energy pool that is tapped into when performing physical feats.
The maximum stamina pool is willpower + (4 * endurance)^[1]

A lot of the abilities that you acquire by using your skills will drain Stamina. If you don’t have enough Stamina to use an ability—surprise, you can’t use that ability. This gets pretty dangerous when you’re trying to fight off a Blight Wolf or some other aggressive critter.^[2]
